ALL CONSULTATION FEES ARE CHARGED ON A TIME BASIS.
Pensioners and children 16 and under are charged a discounted fee.
At Livingstone Street Clinic the fees for a consultation are determined by each consulting doctor individually, therefore fees you are charged may vary from the above. Doctors consulting at Livingstone Street Clinic adjust their fees each year and their fees are always available for your perusal, prior to your consultation. Please always check before having any procedure or prolonged consultation with your doctor. Fees charged by your doctor are within the Australian Medical Association guidelines, and are annually updated.
All the doctors consulting at the clinic are vocationally registered, which enables you to receive a higher Medicare rebate.
We provide the doctors we support with payment options for their patients including cash, cheque, EFPTOS, tap and go, credit card and Pay wave.
Your doctor will require you to pay the full fee at the time of your consultation. Reception will be happy to submit your account to Medicare and your refund will be back in your bank account overnight. Please make sure your bank details are current and registered with Medicare to provide a prompt refund into your bank account.
If you are referred to a specialist or for tests by your doctor, you should ask the provider about their costs at the time of booking your appointment.
Doctors consulting a the clinic bill patients who are veterans are billed directly to Veterans Affairs.
